Every event at Juniper is uniquely tailored for up to 40 guests. From birthdays and baby showers to graduations and retirements, enjoy delicious food, crafted drinks and stunning city views.

Available Sunday to Thursday for groups of 20 or more, with a prepaid minimum spend of £25 per person redeemable on food and drink. A 12.5% service charge applies.

Mornings

Early morning meeting or networking event? The library is perfect for morning get-togethers that do not require a traditional meeting room set-up.
Available Sunday – Thursday, 8am – 12pm
£75 /hr | Includes tea/coffee when booking for 2 hours or more.

Full Day

Enjoy exclusive use of the library from 8am to 5pm with our Full Day package, including morning and afternoon refreshments plus a two-course lunch in the restaurant.
Available Sunday – Thursday, 8am – 5pm. Min 10 guests.
£45 pp | Inc tea/coffee (+ refills), morning pastries, lunch and soft drink.

Half Day Afternoon

The Library offers a relaxed yet luxurious setting for afternoon meetings or training, with included refreshments and a sandwich lunch served in the room.
Available Sunday – Thursday, 12pm – 5pm. Min 10 guests.
£30 pp | Inc tea/coffee, sandwich lunch and soft drink.

Evening

Host your evening corporate event in the Library, with flexible space for mingling and a convenient city centre location for easy travel.
Available Sunday – Thursday, 5pm onwards.
£25 pp min spend and min 20 guests.

Monday Meetings

Make the most of our Monday Meeting offer and hire the Library for half a day for only £150.
Choose between 8am - 1pm or 2pm - 6pm. Or, opt for a full day meeting from 8am - 6pm for just £250.
Available Monday only. Includes only room hire and use of projector and screen.
